Introduction
On September 6, 2024, SYAPD successfully carried out a tree planting and environmental awareness campaign at the 20th December School, located in the Waaberi District. This initiative was part of SYAPD’s ongoing efforts to promote environmental sustainability and raise awareness about the importance of preserving the environment among the younger generation.
Tree Planting Activity
The event began with a tree planting activity aimed at improving the greenery and environment around the school. A variety of tree species were planted within the school compound to enhance the natural surroundings and provide shade for students. The school administration, teachers, and students participated enthusiastically in the activity.
Environmental Awareness Campaign
Following the tree planting, SYAPD conducted an environmental awareness session for the students.
